MORNING PRAYER (GMT+1)
(with the Morning Offering of Reparation)

In the name of the Father + and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Blessed be our God and Father: he hears the prayers of his children
– Lord, hear us.

We thank you, Father, for sending us your Son: let us keep him before our eyes throughout this day.
– Lord, hear us.

Make wisdom our guide, help us walk in newness of life.
– Lord, hear us.

Lord, give us your strength in our weakness: when we meet problems give us courage to face them.
– Lord, hear us.

Direct our thoughts, our words, our actions today, so that we may know, and do, your will.
– Lord, hear us.

Our Father, who art in heaven,
  hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come.
  Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
  and forgive us our trespasses,
  as we forgive those who trespass against us,
and lead us not into temptation,
  but deliver us from evil.

Lord God, true Light and Creator of light, grant that faithfully pondering on all that is holy, we may ever live in the splendour of your presence. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

The Lord bless us, and keep us from all evil, and bring us to everlasting life. Amen.

THE MORNING OFFERING OF REPARATION
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, (here kiss your brown scapular) and in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass being offered throughout the world, I offer You all my prayers, works, joys and sufferings of this day in reparation for  the offenses committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary, for my sins and the sins of the whole world.
